Capital Solutions Closes $25 Million Financing for Sponsored Business Services Platform
The Capital Solutions Group (“Capital Solutions”) announces the closing of a $25 million unitranche debt financing to refinance existing indebtedness of a business services platform with a market leading position in the customer intelligence industry (the “Company”). Capital Solutions acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the Company for the financing which is owned by a consortium of financial sponsors and Management.
