Capital Raising

The Capital Solutions Group advises on raising private capital including senior debt, second lien, and mezzanine. We help our clients determine the optimal capital structure while also identifying the best partners. Given our in-depth industry relationships, Capital Solutions knows which capital providers and investors will be the best fit for our client’s long-term needs.

We will:

• Serve as an unbiased and independent advisor working with, or in lieu of, conflicted advisors
• Determine optimal balance sheet capitalization and restructuring strategy for all debt and equity classes
• Identify interested debt providers
• Prepare investor materials and manage communications
• Perform and manage due diligence on behalf of clients
• Negotiate and review all legal documentation required to close the transaction
