Capital Solutions Closes Financing for Sponsored Purchase of Medical Transport Company

The Capital Solutions Group (“Capital Solutions”) announces the closing of a financing for Express Medical Transporters (“EMT” or “The Company”), a leading provider of non-emergency medical and student transportation services based in St. Louis, Missouri. With 10 locations in seven states, EMT is a nationally recognized provider of ambulatory, para-lift, and stretcher transportation services to city, county and federal agencies, hospitals, school districts, nursing homes and other institutions with special-needs clientele.

In conjunction with the financing, EMT was acquired by investors led by The Firefly Group (“Firefly”).  Capital Solutions acted as financial advisor to Firefly.
